I want to know if it's possible for me to use IP blocks I have assigned on various virtual machines around Europe on a central server.

For example VPS1 would have IP block 1.1.1.1/24 and VPS 2 would have 1.1.2.1/24 if domain1.com resolves to 1.1.1.x then it will go through VPS 1 > cPanel hosted in another location. A bit like this:

The three VPS will only be a tunnel/proxy no files will be hosted on them - How would you go about doing this? I presume each VPS will need to have the cPanel DNSOnly installed on it too.

The /24 blocks are just an example of IP blocks I already own.

Hey there! This doesn't really seem like a cPanel issue, but more like a hyperscaler or network/firewall design issue, so I'm not going to have much advice on this. I will say that cPanel servers do need public access to the internet in order to be licensed, but that's about as much advice as I can personally provide. Hopefully other users will see this and let you know about the specific configurations they have used in the past.
