I've got myself in a little jam that all started when a customer failed to set up a filter properly in cPanel. Four emails got sent to a folder that wasn't picked up by Roundcube or Squirrel. I thought I could just shell in and copy the four emails to her inbox new/ folder.
Squirrelmail and Roundcube both now show four unread emails - BUT they are nowhere to be seen! How can I correct this, ideally by showing the customer her emails, but if necessary I will settle for just removing the erroneous unread mail count!
