    Hi all,

I'm very new to Cpanel, was just wondering if anyone can give me any advice on ways I can provide a set of links to users using Cpanel.

Might be better to give you some background as well so that you know what i'm trying to do.

I run a small web design company. I host clients sites on my servers and give them Cpanel access for their email settings, bandwidth limitations and a few other things.

Preferably, I would like users to have a button called billing which would then open up a new window to a BillingOrchard client login, the company i use for my billing system.

Is there easy way to do this using the likes of Cpanel Addons or should I be looking within the branding options and maybe see if it's possible to change the header html and put a link in there.

I realise it's also possible to use the news function and put the links in there, however, it's already quite busy so I'd like to avoid this option if at all possible.

    Thanks for your help.

    Andi

    Hi there,

I think this would be easier in do in the news section, as editing the skins requires root access.

Got to WHM News and make a html hyper link

We have buttons in ours - users seem to like it.

    Regards

    Thanks for that.

I had already started experimenting with placing them in the skin's index file and it seems to be working. I'm just creating my icons now.

    Thanks again.

Note, if you manually edited a cPanel skin your manual edits will be overwritten if/when that skin receives an update.
