I've Created a account with WHM.
Now I want to get him login path of cPanel & ftp. How can I define that path?
    (Example:
login your ftp hare : ftp.hisdomain.com
login your cpanel hare : www.mydomain.com/cPanel)

Is there any place in WHM where i can see the paths of the created account?

By path, I am assuming you mean the location on the filesystem. By default, this is /home/username where username is their username. However, you can find this information in their cPanel interface on the left stats column as "Home Directory."
