How can I delete spamhaus RBL?

The easiest/best way is to just disable them via WHM --> Exim Configuration Manager --> RBLs --> Turn Off zen.spamhaus.org

 

[cPRex]

The ones that say "system" next to them are included with cPanel, so they can't be removed, but they can be disabled using the steps that @mtindor mentions.
