How can I disable the scripts library in cpanels?

I want to remove access to the scripts library in my clients cpanels. I don't even want them to know it exists.

Reason being is I have fantastico and we are finding to many conflicts in scripts that are installed by both, sometimes different versions.

I can't seem to find in WHM where to disable it.

Are you referring to: cPAddon Scripts Client Install Manager. If yes, then it is WHM >> cPanel >> Manage cPAddon Scripts
