All my RAM and swap are used but no process are using a lot of ram:
    Mem: 1034772k total, 963876k used, 70896k free, 121668k buffers
    Swap: 2096440k total, 2078864k used, 17576k free, 182344k cached

    # ps -aux | awk {'print $4'} | grep -v 0.0
Warning: bad syntax, perhaps a bogus '-'? See http://procps.sf.net/faq.html

You'll either have to get more RAM or hire a server admin to find the application that has the memory leak.

I am an admin, what are some ways I can look for a memory leak?

Then you need to admit that you don't know much about server administration and ask for help from someone who does. These are not general server admin help forums, and so are an innaprpriate place for such discussions. I suggest you search on the web for resources that can help you learn some of the basics of server administration, of which this is one.
