How Can I import data into an exsistense database

    Included in the PopWrite download is a file called 'db_complete-1.0.0.sql' which contains a text dump of the database structure and minimal information needed to get the system up and running. You will need to import this data into the database you've just created and this can be done in PHPMyAdmin either by choosing the .sql text file to import into the database or by pasting the text from that file into the SQL query edit text field for your database.
    My question is how to import this data into an existense database using cpanel . Thanks
