By accessing the SSL menu I can only generate a certificate or know which certificates I have stored and I do not have the option of installing an SSL certificate.

What I need to do to make my domains safe and able to install the SSL certificate?

    Waiting for reply
    Thank you

Unless you've purchased an SSL you'd like to use, you only need to make sure your host.domain.com is properly configured and cPanel will install a proper, valid SSL cert for you, automagically. Your server will email you when it does this.

I have a HostGator package Reseller/Aluminum with one domain hosted. But now, I want
incorporate more domains to this package.

I access to WHM/Packages/Add a Package and I get add a new, but when I incorporate a domain to this package not working because package is full, but it´s not possible because I just have one domain in package.

    What I can do?

As a Reseller, you'll need to speak with your Hosting provider about this. Reseller accounts are limited by Reseller accounts settings dictated by your Hosting Provider.
