What is an admin and how do you want to modify them?

You can only have 1 root user on a linux box.

Well not quite true, you can have multiple root equivalent id's. Meaning other ID's with uid 0. It though is not advised on a publicly accessible server.

And cPanel will throw a fit about it having a UID of 0.

Now that it has been mentioned that you can only have one UID 0 user on a cPanel server, it should be mentioned that you can still create mutliple wheel group users each with their own logons. If you configure your server correctly you can disable direct root logons, and only allow wheel group users to su to root. This would not affect WHM logons, but could help you in keeping track of who logged in directly.

You still did not answer the second question. How would you want to modfy the admin account?
