How can i restore my backup?

    I have an backup for a invision board, how can i restore it ?

    Is this a cPanel backup, or an Invision board backup?

    Should be able to insert the mysql dump back into a newly created mysql DB.

    I managed to get a mysql db with the backup, how do i get the forum, using that mysql db, is it posable to insert that mysql info when u run the install script of invision board ? i dont think so because you alrdy create a new admin user, pass and mail..

    just upload the files without the installer and edit the conf_global file to match your db settings.

    I actually restored the forums, with help over msn
    but now when i go to the admin cp i get Sorry, we could not find "www.craccoclan.com/forums/admin.php"
