Do you want to disable "mailing via PHP scripts without authentication"?

There is a function available in PHP to send a mail via PHP script. The function is mail(). You can disable PHP mail() function to prevent spamming from the server and allow only SMTP authentication to send the emails via PHP script. You can disable PHP mail() function from WHM.

To disable mail() function, you may add "mail" to the "disable_functions" in the php configuration. You may do it via WHM as given below:

    [1] Login to your WHM.
[2] Go to "PHP Configuration Editor" under "Service Configuration" and select "Advanced mode".
[3] Add "mail" to the list of disable_functions and save it!

    This should help.
