How can I set open_basedir = serverwide in php.ini?

    How can I set open_basedir = serverwide in php.ini?

    I want to limit users to be able to open in there root directory and below only.

    Can you not just apply this through WHM?

    PHP 4.4.2 has an exploit in the wild where open_base doesn't lock the user even if open_base is enabled FYI.

    Tweak Security, Open_base Protection. Check to enable it.
