I do a lot of development with perl and mysql and every time there is an auto update of whm, whatever it does, it keeps grabbing the latest mysql.pm which has an error in it that prevents my prl db scripts from running.

    This is the error:

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i686-linux/DBD/mysql.pm line 115.

The fix is easy. I just go and edit the mysql.pm and add a line to it and the problem goes away... until the next update.

Is there a way to stop updates of mysql.pm without stopping updates of other components of the system?

    Thanks,
    Steven
