How can we modify Max addon/park domains

I might miss something..

When I create accounts,I can set a limit of Max Addon domains and Max Park domains to new accounts.
But when I tried to modify those number, 'Modify an Account' will not show up the fields for those limits except logging in WHM as root..
I allowed resellers to creation of packages with Addon Domains and creation of packages with Parked Domains.

Any idea?
