What's the output when you run the following:

Code:
/scripts/clear_orphaned_virtfs_mounts --user=$user
/scripts/fixquotas
Thanks.

Output is
Code:
[[email protected] ~]# /scripts/clear_orphaned_virtfs_mounts --user=$user
-- Begin user 'userz' --
No action needed
-- End user 'userz' --

[[email protected] ~]#
and second command:
Code:
[[email protected]~]# /scripts/fixquotas

And after that do you still get the same error? I ask because I can do this as the user without issue:

Code:
[[email protected] home]$ quota -sv
Disk quotas for user lauren (uid 1000):
Filesystem space quota limit grace files quota limit grace

I don't know it seems that there is an issue with virtfs I'd suggest you open a ticket so our analysts can look at this further.
today we discovery:

if shell is JAILSHELL, then all this errors,
if shell is NORMAL, then ouput clean.

one Q:
jailshell is develop by cPanel ?
