I have a site with cpanel, one day files where deleted via file manager, logs tell me it wasnt via FTP, so must be via FILE MANAGER, is there a log in cpanel to check that?? who delete, upload, or modify files from file manager??

    thanks.

The /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log doesn't actually indicate file deletions if you have sessions enabled. It would only indicate account logins. You could check for all account logins for that account for that day.
