How did DNS zones get changed

Root Administrator
Why would my DNS zones get changed? One of my sites on my server was down and I looked at and saw it was changed. This has happened one other time.

Could you provide more details about what in particular changed? Does the domain name utilize name servers associated with your cPanel server?
