How do I add a disk space on an unlimited server?

I have unlimited web host but when I want to add some photos or files on my website, I get a warning that I've reached my limits. When I contacted the support, they are telling me that my unlimited has no manager and it might not be configured on my side, I thought web hosting is set by default according to plans.... so how do I do this on my side without a manager or how do I install the manager if it not a managed server?

You might want to get back in touch with your Web Host and ask them to clarify that response, it makes no sense to me, either.

I did but they have no idea at all, repeating the same thing! I'm helpless.

I don't believe that. But, if that is the case, I think I'd hold off uploading any more photos to my account until I found a new Hosting Provider to move to.

What does the statistics on right side of your cPanel tell you about your account as far as disk space goes?
