Can find this anywhere in WHM or cpanel. I want to add a user so they can access/have their own webpage at http://www.mydomain.com/~username HOw do I add a user in cpanel? I don't see the option anywhere.

All accounts created in WHM have this ability. It is turned on and off per-domain through the Tweak Security and User Directory options in WHM.

Once access is allowed via the ~username directive any FTP user created in Cpanel should have access per that username.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be dumb, but can you please clarify the 'tweak settings' area? I do not see an option for setting up this functionality. (I can't find a 'user directory' setting)

    Thanks,

    WHM > Tweak Security > mod_user Tweak

thank you for your reply, but there is no 'tweak security' option on my WHM... I have 'tweak settings' but see no option there for mod_user Tweak.

Tweak security should be directly beneath Tweak settings. What version of WHM and cPanel are you running? What skin are you using in WHM?

What skin are you using? You should be able to find it in X-Skin.
