Hey, I have a question. I went to www.whatismyip.com and put in that ip into cpanel to allow for me to connect to it, but it didn't work.

And I also added % and %.%.%.% because I'm making a program that uses my server's sql with the program.

And since the program is going to be used by other people, I want my server to allow sql access to everyone.

Is there a way to allow everyone to connect without adding them manually?

And how come when I added me, it didn't work?

    -Thanks

Your server firewall is blocking it.
