I'm an administrator and have SSH access/WHM access. I can't seem to figure out how to change a reseller's password, and also how to create a new reseller.

In the Reseller Center, I only see "Add Reseller Privileges" to an existing account.

So to sum it up, I want to a) change a current reseller's password and b) create a new reseller.

    Thanks a lot.

    A) In WHM type in password to the search tool top left corner of WHM. Find Password Modification link in results and click. Select user or domain to be edited, and generate a new password, just above that. Scroll to bottom and click the Change Password button and you're done.

    B) In WHM click Create New Account. On this page we've got several sections that need filled in to properly create the new account.

    Domain Info.
    Package.
    Settings.
Reseller Settings. - Make the account a Reseller.
    DNS Settings.
    Mail Routing Settings.

Thanks a lot for that. The reason I was confused is because I thought that reseller accounts were separate from regular domain accounts.

    Thanks.

    No they are not,
In-fact you can go to list account >> goto domain name (master domain name of the reseller) >> change password
