    How do I change nameservers???

We can send email from our site but we can not receive any email in our inbox it always gets returned as undeliverable!! This is the message I received on how to fix it but I do not know how to do this...

The reason your email isn't working is because your domain does not
resolve to our servers yet. You need to change your domain's
nameservers to ns1.unshadowed.net and ns2.unshadowed.net before it
    will work.

How exactly do I change the domains nameservers?

Login to the control panel where you bought your domain from. In there you should have an option to change the nameservers.
