How do i create a root account but not access to one site?

    I want to create an account for WHM who has access to everything except for one website, i dont want him to be able to delete any of the folders or view the account of it.

    How do i do this?

    If you wish to create a root user and do want to allow access to one of the site on your server, then its not possible.

    Root user can do anything.

    Unfortunately, the only answer is, don't give out root.

    You shouldn't be giving out root anyway, it gives them complete control of the box which is not a good thing for anyone except your key admins to have. The more access people have the more uncontrolled the box is, the more unstable it will be as time passes.

    What you can do instead is put all your accounts under one reseller and give that user access to that reseller account. Make sure the confidential account you don't want him having access to is under another reseller and he won't be able to look at or modify it.
