    Hello

I created an Alpha account www.mysite.com in WHM of www.mysite2.com
However there was never a WHM in www.mysite.com cPanel
Now I can't access www.mysite.com via a browser or ftp.
I tried to recreate the account in WHM of www.mysite2.com but got the following message:

Sorry, the domain 'mysite.com' is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf with '/scripts/killvhost mysite.com', and be sure to excise it from /var/cpanel/userdata/)

This message is gobbledegook to a thicko newbie like me so I would be grateful if someone could explain to me in words of 1 syllable what I have to do. What is httpd.conf

    Thanks for looking

Can you say this another way? Not sure I'm reading it correctly.
