cPanel Version 82.0 (build 17)
Apache Version 2.4.41

We have 3 - 4 linux server. On all servers, in cPanel it shows a menu called 'Billing & Support'. When our customer provide cPanel access to the end user, they are able to access our direct customers Client Area (WHMCS) and able to view, the domain, hosting orders, invoices, support tickets etc. Hence, client requested us to disable the menu from cPanel.

Can somebody guide me how to do it ?

One way to do that is to create a reseller account, and set that reseller account to own the cPanel account in question. As far as I know that 'Billing & Support' menu is not shown in cPanels owned by a reseller.

Hi there

Is there a way to disable this on a "per cpanel user" basis ?

Some accounts don't need access to this, but it can be useful for others

this is a nightmare, specially if you migrate servers or billing system. it was a lot of work to remove all this WHMCS trash from every account last time.

Not sure why it would affect migrations, but if you're going to change billing systems, just follow the doc (Application Links and cPanel Quick Start Guide - WHMCS Documentation) and disable it before you switch billing systems. As far as I'm aware when you turn it off for cPanel it will loop through all the cPanel accounts and remove it.
