I want disable transfer account from my server with user name and password.
I dont want outside people using whm/cpanel to get their files/websites moved from my WHM cpanel server using the WHM root -site transfer method using account password , etc.

    How can i block it?

    Thanks,

i think you can do that by disabeling the backup option in your users cpanel
that way they cant move the files at once but still they can always do that by ftp and mysql dumps
still why would a webhosting company stop people from moveing ? why not look for the resone why there moveing and try to do a better jobe at makeing them stay with you :)

They could transfer using root-site transfer, only if they have root password.
It's okey nobody can transfer without your password using that tool.

However they always could transfer by using just their Cpanel password.

    The result is the same.
