How do I fix the email accounts for customers

    Hello, I received this message from someone and I dont know how to fix it:


    "I go into C-panel, to the Mail, to the Add/Delete Accounts, click the Check webmail button, takes me to a screen where it tells me to put the password in, put it in, takes me to an error screen. I can check the mail by clicking the webmail button on the first main screen of c panel, but that isn't the one that I need."

    Any ideas on fixing this?
