How do I get port 2087 open?

Tried, restarting cpanel, upcp --force, fixcommonproblems

    Still not open

Also ports 2096 and 2083 are closed.

When I restart cpanel it says it cant start cpanel ssl services, there is nothing in the error log:
    Starting cPanel ssl services: [FAILED]

    root@server1 [/etc/rc.d/init.d]# cat /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
    root@server1 [/etc/rc.d/init.d]#

    Help!

    Have you checked your firewall?

if you installed APF , run /etc/apf/apf -f && /etc/init.d/apf stop , you have to reconfigure your APF to allow Cpanel ports .

if you don't use APF , just flush the iptables rules by " /sbin/iptables -F ".
