Email accounts can only be created in the cPanel interface. Go ahead and create a cPanel account by going to WHM -> Account Functions -> Create a New Account and then login to cPanel where you'll see a Mail section where you can create email accounts.

You can not create it from WHM. You can only create it from cPanel account.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

You can either create email accounts through cPanel>>Mail>>Create an Email account
Or use the following from the command line :
    /scripts/addpop

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

You may want to read through the cpanel/whm documentation so you can become familiar with the basics. Then login to whm and cpanel and browse through all the links.
