How do I know if "Resource Limits" for resellers has taken affect?

I am setting up a reseller account in my VPS and did the "unlimited everything" for the site that will be the reseller account and then set resource limits in the reseller control panel.

How do I know if it has taken affect since when I go to space/BW usage stats I see unlimited?
