How do I make an Opt-in form for my mailing list. I want to allow my visitors to subscribe to my mailing list at their will by entering their email address and name to the opt-in form.

Where do I find the code to set up an opt-in form?

Example: I have a page which has something my visitor is interested about. He wants to gain access to that information, but there is a condition, my visitor will have to join my mailing list by entering their name and email into provided Opt-in form.

Once submit, they can receive my new-letter weekly/monthly with new deals. I want to attach my Cpanel auto-responder to my mailing list. how do I do that? Where do I find HTML code for my opt-in form?

    You might try searching google.

Once you've found code you want to use, you can use cPanel File Manager to upload the files to your account. Other than that, this isn't really a cPanel issue you've having.

I think it's more complicated if you try to install autoresponder in your cPanel. Better to use ready-made mass e-mail autoresponders like AWeber, GetResponse, iContact or ConstantContact.
