I'm tired of it randomly updating everyday at a random time. Is there a way I can force an update?

Have you tried doing /usr/local/cpanel/cpanellogd username to see what the output from the stats programs are?

So do I reboot the box first, then restart cPanel?

Also, how do I restart cPanel?

I rebooted the box and then in shell do this

    /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart

note: I dont know if this is an official fix, it just worked for me when all my stats stopped

Ok I restarted my server then restarted cPanel but my stats haven't updated. Do i need to wait 24 hours in order for them to update again?

    FYI:

If your server load is too high your stats program will not update. somewhere between 4-6 it will stop updating on a single cpu.

very strange my stats also stopped on June 24th

Strange, I'm having the exact same problem with stats. For our main cpanel account the stats stop at June 24th. The other smaller accounts do function, and the log file has been updates.

Very strange that our stats should stop working on the same day.

Is anyone else having the same problem. has anyone figured out a way to fix this.
