Lets say I have a domain that isn't going to be hosted on my site, it will be hosted somewhere else. What do I have to add to the dns(bind) in whm to point it to lets say blah.com/blah. This is a directory deep so I can't do an ip based site.

But all that does is foward them to that address the actual url shows instead of being masked by the domain. IE: the address bar shows blah.com/blah not the new domain newdomain.com.

Go to the control panel of Blah.com and add the domain name as an addon. It will add a very normal dns record (no different than those that are not pointed "a directory deep". The differente is the virtual host entry in the httpd.conf file. It is the document root entry in the httpd.conf virtual host containg for that domein that determines what directory it points to.
