How do I recover lost etc directory?

    All the files in my etc/ folder got deleted.

    The only way to truly recover a deleted directory is to restore it from a backup. Your host will be able to do this for you, if a backup of your account exists. Some hosts automatically back up customers' accounts, but this is a policy set by the individual host, not by cPanel. You will need to ask your host if a backup is available.
