My clients are asking me to enable SFTP for their accounts but I am not sure how to do it. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I believe you just need to enable SSH and then use an SFTP capable program

SSH access is already enabled but they still couldn't login using SFTP. What I know is that SSH1 uses Port 21 while SFTP uses Port 22 so I don't think they both have any relation.

Need more help...

Well when connecting via SFTP to my box I just choose SFTP as the connection type in my program and everything else is the same.

That's what I do also and never have trouble connecting. My program automatically switches to port 22 when I choose SFTP.

If I only enable the account with Jailshell, can SFTP still work on it?
