    Hi mojamoi,

When you say "a virtfs", can you please go into more detail? Are you referring to cPanel's /home/virtfs/ ? If so, that directory is created when a user whose shell is /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell logs into the shell.

    Hello :)

I do not recommend creating a copy of of an account's "VirtFS" directory. There is no need to have this directory copied to a template.

The following document includes a guide on how to remove VirtFS directories after unmounting them:

    VirtFS (Jailed Shell)

    Thank you.
