How do we add software for our users?

For example, I like the phpbb addon but how do we add more than that like blogs etc? I see Godaddy is offering these on their packages and I want to aswell.

WHM > cPanel > Addon Scripts
WHM > cPanel > Install cPAddon Scripts
WHM > cPanel > Manage cPAddon Scripts

The first option will be available if you haven't updated WHM/cPanel any time recently, otherwise all three will be available.
