How do you activate Scripts section with Wordpress, Joomla etc in cPanel

how can I activate scripts section that shows software installers of popular blogs and other installations in cPanel?

Hi,

I cannot see exactly what plugin is beeing used, but typically people are using either Softaculous or Installatron to achieve this
