Not that I know of. I just download an existing one and study it. Not very complicated.

On your server the skins are at
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend
where you will see a directory for each one. With a secure FTP program you can download one of the skins easily. I use SecureFX which can be found at vandyke.com. It's not free, but does have a 30 day trial.

For now, I put a copy of the X skin on my website if you want to download it. It's in 2 formats, linux x.tar.gz with all properties, or a windows zip file, x.zip.

You can download one or the other at
    http://www.premierwebsitesolutions.com/x.tar.gz
    or
    http://www.premierwebsitesolutions.com/x.zip

I'll leave them there for a day or 2.

.cptheme is just a compressed file renamed.

I never do it that way. I just make my own and upload it to a new directory. Could also just copy an existing one with a new name, then edit that one.
