    Hi,

    I have just installed my first magento site on the dedicated server but i am getting the follow error when i go onto it.....

    The PDO extension is required for this adapter but the extension is not loaded

    I have googled how to turn it on, but it seems the answers are out of date because I cant find what they say in WHM.

    Would someone be kind enough to tell me how to turn it on? Bear in bear please I am new to running a dedicated server.

    Thank you
    Andy

    You must rebuild Apache, in
    WHM-> Software-> EasyApache (Apache Update)

    Hi QueitFinn,

    Thanks for this. As i am going through the options do i need to tick or uptick anything else. Also, when I get to the option for PDO I see a couple of boxes, one for PDO and one for PDO SQL, do i tick them both?

    Thanks alot
    Andy

    Tick both PDO and PDO SQL.
