How do you read the WHM Load Averages line?

Hello,
I was wondering how do you read the Load Averages line shown in the attached picture
that is from my dedicated server. Is it low or highly loaded?

It's impossible to say without knowing how many CPUs your server has.

The output of the nproc command is 8

Then that looks fine.

Also, the 3 numbers represent the 1, 5 and 15 minute load averages. Load on Linux is basically processes waiting for resources.
