I have a custom that does not want email, any emails, sent to him. He gets a LOT of spam, so I wanted to just remove the mx records from the server to stop routing all the spam, or at least have it stop hitting the server.

    How can I do this?

Realistically, you can't because SMTP servers will try the A record if the MX doesn't exist. If they don't want email delivered for the domain simply remove the domain from /etc/localdomains and place it into /etc/remotedomains (create the file if necessary). For good measure, then delete any Mail accounts and Forwarders and set the Default Address to :fail:
