How do you tell that an account has X inodes

Hey there! By default, there is no inode limits in cPanel, although the number of inodes being used will be displayed in the stats section on the right side of cPanel as File Usage if you have the "Display File Usage information in the cPanel stats bar (inode count)" option enabled in Tweak Settings.

If you wanted to limite the number of inodes a user can create you would need to be using a tool like CloudLinux.
