how do you usesuphp and prevent overriding system php.ini?

    I understand that there is this option, but is this the same as disabling ini_set?
    enable the global only php.ini files through /opt/suphp/etc/suphp.conf
    can you allow custom php.ini's for your users but stop them from overiding a few specific things?

    Also, I read you need to put the suphp config path in .htaccess files. Is this for every user? And, then they would just make a file called php.ini and put it in each folder for there website with what they want configured?
