How exactly does total bw allocation work for resellers?

I have a question that I need someone from cpanel to answer definitively. :)

Let us say that we have a reseller plan with the following specifications:

  • Limit Accounts that reseller can create by Resource Usage is CHECKED.
  • Resource Usage Limit for Bandwidth is set to 10gb. (Overselling is allowed.)

Now let us say that the reseller creates 10 cpanel accounts, and then on the 20th of the month, the total bandwidth used by all accounts goes over 10g. (ie: The reseller is using more bandwidth then their reseller plan has been allocated.)

Here are my questions:

  1. Will all the cpanel accounts be suspended?
  2. Will the reseller be able to create new accounts?
  3. Will the reseller be able to unsuspend the accounts? (ie: What happens if they modify an individual account's bandwidth allocation?)

Please let me know.

Here are my questions:

1.Will all the cpanel accounts be suspended?
no you must stop this webstie because you give them unlimited bandwith
2.Will the reseller be able to create new accounts?
yes ... but there is optoin in WHM to gine the reseller (Limit the total number of accounts adminad can create to accounts. ) you can put any number EX:30 account
3.Will the reseller be able to unsuspend the accounts? (ie: What happens if they modify an individual account's bandwidth allocation?)
yes if you give him this option to your reseller

Note: Don't select Overselling is allowed because you give the reseller more than 10 GB Disk space or Bandwith.
