How i block the system(), shell_exec, exec function in PERL?????

    That's not excuse, you only need to ask once - just about everyone here who posts has an urgent request, if everyone started posting the same question in every forum here nothing would get answered.

    Anyway, to answer your question, you cannot block those functions, they are part of the perl language. What you can do is ensure that you secure your server appropriately (with a firewall, IDS, sensible file/directory permissions, etc).
