Hello,
I changes shared ip to 69.10.144.3x
but yet will time i upgardes cpanel take to me older ip
Found hostname to be part1.domainname.net, which resolves to 69.13.235.2xx

but my shared ip is 69.10.144.3x
my host name is part1.domainname.net
i want changes ip part1.domainname.net to 69.10.144.3x
Please help me.

In WHM:

Main >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup >> Change: "Main Shared Virtual Host IP"

You should also check httpd.conf to ensure the IP for the server hostname has been changed (sometimes it creates a duplicate entry in error)
