    Look in the documentation:

    man clamscan

For recursive lookups you would therefore use:

    clamscan -r /home

    Though that's quite noisy, so:

    clamscan -r --quiet /home

    Would probably be better.

That said, why would you want to scan all the files in /home for viruses?

    more for shell
because hacker can with one bug upload shell, yet c99 shell.

but if customer want upload shell with file manger server take to him that the file is problem(virus and ...)
but if customer crate new file for exapmle good.php

    and edit them
and copy paste code, clamav can`t DISTINCTION problem file.

    ok?
    thanks

Running ClamAV against yur unix files won't have any effect on those issues at all. ClamAV is baiscally only going to find windows and email viruses, as there's aren't any for Linux.
