How many cPanel accounts do you think we can comfortably hold using these specs?

We just got a quote on a new dedicated box with the following specs:

    Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon 5520 - 2.26GHz (Nehalem) - 2 x 8MB cache w/HT

    2 X 500GB SATA II HDD

    12 GB DDR3 Registered 1333

100 Mbps Public & Private Ports

    Public Bandwidth 6000 GB Bandwidth

Operating System CentOS 5 (64 bit)

    cPanel/WHM with Fantastico and RVskin

Now I realize that what i am about to ask is not completely possible to answer 100%, but here we go. We are an upstart web hosting shared/reseller company and trying to determine about how many clients we can comfortably fit on one box. With the given specs above, in your opinion, what do you think we can hold on this box ? I know that we have no way of knowing what sort of traffic an individual client will have, but just a ballpark would be better than what we have now, which is completely unknown.

    Thanks,

    Chad

There is no ballpark figure - I could put a single site on it (one that we already host in fact) that would saturate that server in minutes. It's totally dependent on what content you're hosting and the resources that those sites require.
